What is the typical shipping time for furniture and decor?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items, delivery may take 10-14 business days depending on your location and the white-glove service requirements.
Do you offer a warranty on your home products?
Yes, all Cardology furniture items come with a limited one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal household use.
What is your return policy for home accessories?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is at our core. We partner with suppliers who prioritize FSC-certified wood, recycled textiles, and eco-friendly manufacturing processes whenever possible.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already entered the shipping process and would need to be handled as a return.
Do you provide assembly services?
We offer optional expert assembly services for an additional fee at checkout. If selected, our delivery team will assemble your furniture and remove all packaging materials.
